  Thank you Mario. Always great DEPENDABLE customer service. They know how to fix hot tubs even when other companies have done a hack job, they were kind and found the issue right away. Just know you get what you pay for. Happy your doing service again.

  Saturday and my hot tub won’t heat up after a complete refurbish, so I call Mario’s Pool and Spa, I get a call back within the hour from Mr Mario on a shopping trip in Moncton. He guides me through a diagnostics which over the course of 4 call backs from him to me and detailed instruction to solve my issue at no cost to me. Now that is above and beyond any service I have ever experienced and I wanted you all to hear about it, Thank you Mr Mario and Mario’s Pool and Spa for exceptional service at it’s best. Bruce

  When in to get a pressure gauge in June because my usual pool store was closed and quickly found out that they are way over priced!

  Took time after hours to troubleshoot my Hot Tub issues. Something many other stores wouldn't even think of doing. Helped me out huge. I moved my business from another place to Mario's. Friendly helpful staff, willing to work with the customer, and go that extra mile to help, give advice and share expertise. Highly recommend.

  I've been going to Mario's for the past couple years for both hot tub and pool help and they've been nothing but amazing in their level of service - to the point where they sent people over to help fix a major problem on my hot tub after the guys had just finished their shift for the day, prior to Thanksgiving weekend... In the rain. Their level of dedication to this job is outstanding and you probably cannot find anyone better to take care of your pool and spa needs. Keep up the great work Mario and crew!
