In short, I think to provide more convenience to travelers, they should have a separate door for incoming passengers that are transferring to another flight (like most decent airports too).

Fast to fly out because of size. Eat before you get there as they isn't much choice once you check-in!

The airport is fine but holy frig update your short term parking payment system. Add an option for credit card or just get a new machine to accept the cash! I had to try 3 different toonies before I escaped the parking lot! I'm a millennial! I'm lucky to have ONE unit of physical cash on me let alone three.

Second, but minor issue is that you can only buy beer and not mix drinks at the airport bar.

Got a nasty surprise when I was on a flight from Halifax to Toronto with a transfer to Toronto.....

Minimal wait time here. Good customer service. Addition of porter airline will increase the traffic hopefully it will bring down the airfare.

Overall just a very hostile enviroment, i used to think new brunswick was a very welcoming and kind place but after this expirience my look has definitly changed.

You walk straight out of the plane and into the airport baggage claim, with no option for transferring passengers, which means going through security AGAIN, which is always a pain in the a$$. Especially because the small town security folks are bored and look for the tiniest excuse to search through your bags.

(I am a solo, 14 year old traveler). The boarding procedure is odd, making you walk around the airport (from check in to baggage drop which is seperate, then backtracking and going to the gates) The security is extremely rude and hostile. When i went to ask in advanced how early i should come to security in coordinace with my flight ( so i could be with my family longer) the lady told me whatever time my boarding pass said. This to me didn't make sense as the more logical meaning for the time would be for what time boarding is. When I said "well, it says 7:55 but wouldn't that mean what time boarding is?" She proceded to say in a very rude tone "I don't know, I don't work for the airline". I said ok thanks as I left and got a very sarcastic "you're welcome" in reply. When I came through security a different woman (the lady was overseeing) asked me if I have an liquids, I said I think Ihave *travel sized* (less than 50ML!) toothpaste, which was well below the 100ML limit. She proceeded to tell me to remove it and I said I wasn't sure if it was there or not. (Mind you iI have a medium sized hiking pack that is full). The lady overseeing then yelled at my grandmother who was just outside security and asked "Does he have it or not?!" I told her again it was travel sized and below 50ML, she then let out a loud sigh and said it wad fine.. when I was collecting my bag from the metal detector the secuirty gaurd who moved the box to me slide it to me very hard, not making eye contact with me and ignoring me when i said thanks.
