  I've had the worst experience in my life with there service. I took my 15hp outboard motor in to have a part changed. Paul said it would be 3 to 3.5 hours labour and would be ready in a couple days. Over a month later the motor is ready to go but only after they broke some parts that are in no relation to what I originally brought it in for. Tyler was the mechanic that worked on it. I don't know why they can charge $100/hour for someone that doesn't know what there doing. They are con artists. The bill ended up being almost double of what I was quoted. If you don't want to get ripped off, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO PHILS. Go to these crooks if you don't want to "meet your budget and schedule constraints". STAY

  Parts counter is great, service dept so-so. I brought a boat in for an inspection, and they spent hours looking at things I told them to ignore and no time on the things I asked them to inspect.
